The American Music Awards takes place on November 23rd at 8pm on ABC and it looks like Lil Wayne will lead the nominees as he is nominated for 3 awards including “Artist Of The Year,” “Favorite Male Artist” plus “Favorite Album-Rap/Hip-Hop” for his “Tha Carter III.” In that last category, Weezy goes up against Kanye West (”Graduation”) and Jay-Z (”American Gangster”). Kanye West and Lil Wayne will also go against eachvother in the “Favorite Male Artist” category.
